Common questions

How big does our community need to be?

We administer communities from 8 to 400+ units. Small communities share a service desk; large ones get a dedicated administrator.

How much does community administration cost?

A transparent fixed fee per unit, per month, quoted after a short review of your building — never a percentage of works, never commissions from suppliers. There is no setup fee for communities switching to us.

Can meetings be held in English?

Yes — we chair bilingually and issue minutes in Spanish and English. German summaries are available on request.

Do owners abroad get the same information?

Everything — convocations, minutes, accounts — is delivered to every owner, and votes can be delegated by proxy or cast digitally where statutes allow.

What does the administrator actually do between meetings?

The day-to-day is the job: incidents dispatched and closed, suppliers supervised, fees collected, arrears followed up and every legal deadline tracked — with monthly statements so owners see all of it.

What does it cost to change administrator?

Nothing beyond the vote: there is no setup fee, and by law your outgoing administrator must hand over the community's documentation. See how switching works.
