Accounts, budgets & fees every owner can read.
A community that understands its own numbers argues less and decides faster. We draft the annual budget, collect the fees by direct debit and publish statements monthly — in plain language, in your language.
One year of community money, in order.
Three rules that keep the numbers honest.
A fee as clear as the accounts.
Accounting, budgeting and fee collection are part of the community's administration — one fixed fee per unit, per month, agreed in advance. No hourly billing, no percentage of works, no surprises hiding in the small print.

A written, fixed-fee quote for your community in one working day — and the questions owners ask us about the money.
The questions owners ask
Can we understand the accounts without an accountant?
That is the point. Statements are written in plain language — what came in, what went out, where it stands — and published monthly in Spanish and English. If a line needs explaining, we explain it.
How are our fees set?
From the budget the community itself votes: real costs, explained line by line, divided as your statutes provide. Fees are collected by direct debit with receipts — nobody chases envelopes.
What if the budget runs short mid-year?
We flag it early — that is what monthly statements are for. Any extraordinary contribution is explained, documented and voted by the community; it is never decided by us.
Who checks what gets spent?
Every invoice is filed and visible, significant work carries three comparable quotes, and the year closes with accounts presented for the community's approval. Sunlight is the control.
Can owners see the accounts whenever they want?
Yes — statements and documents are published in the owner portal, the same numbers for every owner, wherever they live.
Do you earn anything from our suppliers?
Never. Our fee is our only income — no commissions from suppliers or insurers. It is the only way a recommendation can be worth anything.
