Insurance that pays out.
The right cover for the building, benchmarked at every renewal — and when something breaks, a claim documented from day one and chased until the repair is done and paid. With photos and paperwork filed the whole way.
The right policy, not just a policy.
Most communities renew whatever arrived in the post. Every year we put the renewal on the table instead: what the building is actually worth, what the policy actually covers, what the market actually charges — and a recommendation in writing. The community decides; nobody renews by inertia.
We are administrators, not brokers: we earn nothing from any insurer, so the only question that matters is whether the cover fits the building.
A claim is an argument you win with paperwork.
Insurers do not pay claims because someone is angry on the phone; they pay because the file leaves them no room not to. Dates, photos, the policy clause, the repair quote — assembled while the water is still drying, not months later from memory.
In our communities that file already exists: the incident system documented the damage the day it happened, and the claim is argued by people who read policies for a living.
The claim starts the day the incident does.
Every incident in our communities is documented from the first report — photos attached, dates stamped, repairs tracked to the close. When damage turns out to be insurable, the file already exists. Nothing is reconstructed from memory, because nothing was left to memory.

Send us your current policy and what worries you — we come back with a plain-language read of where you stand. Below, the questions boards ask about cover and claims.
The questions boards ask
Do you sell insurance?
No — we are administrators, not brokers, and we earn nothing from any insurer. We review the cover, benchmark the renewals and manage the claims; the policy itself stays between the community and its insurer.
What does «benchmarked at renewal» actually mean?
Every year, before the renewal date: the building's value, the cover, the premium and the market compared side by side, with our recommendation in writing. The community decides — renew, renegotiate or switch.
What should a community policy actually cover?
It depends on the building — water damage and communal areas are the everyday reality here, liability and structure the serious end. We check the policy against your building's real risks, not against a template.
How fast do you open a claim?
As fast as the incident is documented — which in our communities is the day it happens. The same file that runs the repair argues the claim; nothing waits for someone to find old photos.
What if the insurer drags its feet?
Deadlines are watched and the escalation happens in writing, step by documented step. For the rare case that needs teeth, the group's own lawyers are next door.
Who pays the excess?
Whatever the policy and your community's own rules say — the point is that everyone knows it before it surprises anyone. It is part of the plain-language read we give every renewal.
