Property administration in Antigua.

A historic inland town and the seat of its municipality: village houses around the church square, rural fincas and small modern communities. Our central service point is in Caleta de Fuste — inside the same municipality, minutes from the town.

Local knowledge

Antigua, specifically.

Antigua's property runs from terraced houses in the town centre to fincas with wells, tracks and boundary walls — plus the small modern communities growing at the edges. It's also the municipality that contains Caleta de Fuste, which means the town hall our administrators deal with most is Antigua's own: licences, permits and municipal paperwork are home ground.

Every service in the catalogue below is available to Antigua communities and individual owners: proportionate administration for small buildings, legal support on rural boundaries and licences, insurance claims chased to payment, and rental administration for owners letting long-term. The Caleta de Fuste service point is ten minutes from the square.

Village communities
Small buildings and terraced groups in the town centre — proportionate administration with clear, modest budgets.
Rural properties & fincas
Wells, tracks, walls and shared boundaries — the common elements of country property, kept in order.
Municipal paperwork
Licences and permits with the Ayuntamiento de Antigua — we walk them in ourselves; the town hall is our own district.
Switch administrator

Unhappy with your current administrator?

Changing takes one community vote and about three weeks. We handle the notice, the handover and the paperwork — your community never goes a day unmanaged.

How switching works
Vote it at a meeting
A simple majority is enough. We can attend and explain our proposal.
We collect the handover
Accounts, contracts, keys and archives — requested and checked by us.
Live in ~3 weeks
Handover checked, first report within the month.
They walk the licences into the town hall themselves. For a rural property with three boundary walls and a well, that alone is worth the fee.

Questions Antigua owners ask

How much does community administration cost in Antigua?

A fixed annual fee, agreed in advance, based on your number of units and the services you take — never a percentage of works, never surprises. Send the form and you'll have a clear scope and a fixed fee within one working day, no obligation.

We're a rural property, not a community. Do you work for individual owners?

Yes. Individual owners use us for rental administration, insurance claims, licences and municipal paperwork — the same catalogue, applied to one property instead of a community.

Do you actually come to Antigua, or is everything remote?

Both. Meetings and site visits happen at your community in Antigua, and for in-person paperwork the Caleta de Fuste service point — at the offices of AAA+ Consulting — is a short drive away. Everything else is handled without you travelling.

We already have an administrator. Is switching complicated?

No. It takes one community vote and about three weeks — we handle the notice, the handover and the paperwork, and your community never goes a day unmanaged. Most mandates renew annually and can be ended by a meeting vote.
