Maintenance that shows up.
Vetted local trades, three quotes for every significant job, and work checked on site before the invoice is paid. Incidents go from reported to fixed to closed — with photos at every step, visible to every owner.
When something breaks — and before it does.
Three rules that keep contractors honest.
Salt, sun and render.
Fuerteventura is hard on buildings. First-line communities fight salt corrosion all year; inland estates share lanes, pools and water deposits that fail quietly until they fail loudly. The trades that work well here know the difference between mainland render and what the Atlantic does to it — and those are the trades we keep.
That local knowledge is the quiet half of maintenance: knowing which garage door motor survives the salt, which paint system lasts five years instead of two, and which plumber actually answers in August. We benchmark our trades yearly, keep the good ones busy and replace the ones that stop showing up.

A written, fixed-fee quote for your community in one working day — and the questions owners ask about repairs and the people who do them.
The questions owners ask
How fast is an incident handled?
You hear back within 24 hours, always. Dispatch depends on the trade and the urgency — a leak is not a squeaky gate — but every incident is tracked from report to close, with photos, so nothing is ever quietly forgotten.
Who do you send — your people or ours?
Vetted local trades we benchmark every year. If your community already has suppliers it trusts, they stay — and get benchmarked like everyone else. Nobody keeps a contract for old times' sake.
Does someone have to be home for a repair?
Usually not. We arrange access, supervise the work and document it in photos — which is exactly how owners who live abroad get their repairs done without flying in.
Do you always get three quotes?
For significant work, yes — three comparable quotes and our recommendation in writing, decided by the community. Small repairs move fast; big money moves carefully.
Do contractors pay you anything?
Never. No commissions, no referral fees — our fee is our only income. It is the only way our recommendation can be worth anything.
What about preventive maintenance?
A maintenance calendar is set in the first 90 days — pools, lifts, façades, gardens, water systems — each with its season and its budget line, agreed with the community and reviewed yearly.
